Users

The Assign to column in importable sheets consists of dropdown lists of user names taken from the Importer Config sheet's Users section.

For individual users (i.e. you're using the Importer for your own personal projects), you needn't utilize the Assign to column or the Users section. However, if you'd like to use the Importer in team / business settings, the Assign to column and Users section will be very useful.

The Users section is straightforward: 

• Name: the user's name that should appear in Assign to. This does not need to match the user's name used in Todoist.

• Todoist ID: the user's unique Todoist ID. Unfortunately this is not an easy number to access! Follow these steps to get it.

Note that to assign a person in an importable sheet, the assigned person must have the project shared with them already (via Todoist's app).
